Floyd 1, Bay Shore 1: Sam Jordan converted a penalty kick and Andrew Hall followed with a save to advance No. 6 Floyd (9-3-3) over No. 11 Bay Shore, 5-4 in penalty kicks, in the first round of the Suffolk AA playoffs. Mike McGuire scored off an assist from Sebastian Sosa with 3:27 remaining to send it to overtime. This was the first home playoff win in Floyd program history, according to coach Rich Harris. Floyd will host No. 14 East Islip Friday in a quarterfinal.
