Ward Melville 3, Bay Shore 1: Emma Bradshaw had nine aces in No. 2 Ward Melville's 25-15, 25-22, 22-25, 25-13 win over No. 3 Bay Shore in the semifinals of the Suffolk Class AA playoffs. Bailee Williams had four blocks and eight digs and Sophia DiGirolamo and Mackenzie Heaney combined for 30 digs and 16 kills. Ward Melville (14-2) will face the winner of Smithtown West/Commack at 5 p.m. Monday in the championship match at Hauppauge High School.
