Baldwin 1, Oceanside 0: Kelsey Cohen's goal off a through ball from eighth grader Maggie Thibault in the eighth minute was the difference for No. 12 Baldwin (12-3) in its Nassau Class AA first round win. Cohen now has 19 goals. Deanna Noonan made two saves and Montia Moon added seven saves. Leslie Toohey finished with 11 saves for Oceanside (2-7-5). Baldwin plays at No. 4 East Meadow in the quarters at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 29.
