Anna Tavantzis scored for Sachem East in the second overtime period to tie the score at 2 after Jaden Hampel gave West Islip a 2-1 lead with a goal in the first overtime period. Hampel scored the first of her two goals with 18 minutes remaining in regulation to tie the score at 1 and force overtime. Isabella Tomeo made 10 saves in the win.
