Hicksville 2, Baldwin 0: Lola Chavez converted a penalty kick in the first half and Olivia Hoffmann scored off a through ball from Christine DiGillio in the second half of Hicksville's win over Baldwin in a play-in game that decided the Conference AA-II championship and which team would be the No. 8 seed in the Nassau Class AA playoffs. Marissa Price (six) and Maya Villatoro (two) combined for eight saves to post the shutout. Hicksville (12-1-2) will play No. 1 Massapequa at Berner Middle School in the quarterfinals Friday at 7 p.m.
