West Islip's Jack Dellipizzi scored in the 69th minute for a 1-0 lead. Huntington responded on a goal by Jeison Blanco two minutes later. Lucas Iacono made eight saves in the win. West Islip (7-5-2) will travel to No. 11 Bellport on Monday at 4 p.m. for a quarterfinal match.
