Commack 1, MacArthur 0: Connor Gill converted a rebound off a hard shot by Thomas Amato with 14:18 left to give the Cougars their first Long Island Class AA boys soccer title since 1995. Commack (19-1-1) will face Shenendehowa in the state Class AA semifinals at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Middletown High School. The Generals finished 14-1-3.
