Fordham Prep's Jude Grbesa put in a left-footed shot off a Brayden Bathgate header with 1:53 left in regulation and the Rams won the CHSAA state championship at Belson Stadium. The Rams (16-1-1) took only two shots in the game. Chaminade (17-2-1) held possession for most of the game but failed to convert any of its chances. Fordham Prep is state champion for the second time and first since 2011.
