Dean Burchard earned the shutout with eight saves, holding Brentwood to its first goalless game since September 2022. Brian Acosta made five saves for Brentwood, which finishes the season with a 15-1-2 record. Connetquot (13-2-1) will face No. 3 Whitman in the Suffolk AAA championship on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. at Patchogue-Medford High School.
