Andrew Johnson's goal with 16:36 in regulation tied the score and Connetquot won penalty kicks, 4-2, to capture the Suffolk Class AA boys soccer title. Tyler Moore had 10 saves and stopped a penalty kick in the decisive round. Robert Herrera, Johnson, Trevor Carr and Iparraguirre scored the penalty kicks. Matt Ferraro's goal in the 55th minute of regulation gave the Bulls (12-5-1) a 1-0 lead. Connetquot faced Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK in the Long Island Class A title game on Sunday at Mitchel Athletic Complex for a spot in the state semifinals.
