HIGHLIGHTS
Farmingdale 35, Valley Stream Central 0: Sophomore Jordan McClune, receiving his first 15 carries, ran for 67 yards and a touchdown to lead Farmingdale (7-1) in Nassau I. Senior Keith Brown also got his first eight rushes and ran for 45 yards and a TD. Brown scored on a 17-yard run 34 seconds into the first quarter to give the Dalers a 7-0 lead, after McClune returned the opening kickoff 56 yards. Justin Vasquez recovered a fumble and returned it 3 yards for a score to give the Dalers a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Mike Scheuerer ran for 37 yards and two TDs, and Vinay Singh had a fumble recovery.
