North Shore 47, Carle Place 14: Joey Cristofari completed 6-of-8 passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns and added a rushing score in North Shore's home opener. Casey Gates scored an 89-yard rushing TD on North Shore's first play of scrimmage. Lucas Jovanovic had two receptions for 96 yards and two TDs. Brendan Conklin ran for a 41-yard score and Vin Verderosa had a 6-yard TD. Canon Evans made seven tackles.
