Smithtown West 27, West Babylon 7: Danny Caroussos ran for 163 yards and two touchdowns on 12 attempts, and Garrett Brunsvold rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries to lead Smithtown West (4-3) in Suffolk II. Linebacker Nick Peragallo opened the scoring for Smithtown West with a 32-yard interception return touchdown with seven minutes left in the first quarter. Devon Smith-Martin tied the game for West Babylon on 10-yard touchdown run with 55 seconds left in the second quarter. Anthony Kehrer intercepted a pass on West Babylon's first drive of the third quarter at the Smithtown West 30 and ran it back to the West Babylon 26. Brunsvold rushed for a 22 yard gain on the first play of the ensuing drive and scored on a four yard rush on the second play with nine minutes left in the third quarter to give Smithtown West a 14-7 lead. Caroussos scored a pair of rushing touchdowns in the fourth quarter to secure the win. West Babylon is 2-5.
