Floyd 34, Sachem East 14: Ja'Quan Thomas rushed for 147 yards on nine carries and two touchdowns in No.1 Floyd's win over No.8 Sachem East in the quarterfinals of the Suffolk Division I playoffs. Jayden Johnson had eight tackles, two tackles for loss, and a sack. Jake Rivera had six tackles, four tackles for loss, and three sacks. David Gonzalez had 15 tackles. Derek Glock had two punt returns for TDs. Floyd will face No.4 Longwood in the semifinals 12 p.m. Saturday at Floyd. The Colonials are now 26-0 all-time against Sachem East (3-6).
