Smithtown West 26, West Islip 16: Chris Crespo's 21-yard touchdown reception from Danny Caroussos gave Smithtown West (3-2) its first lead at 20-12, following Caroussos' two-point conversion run, late in the third quarter en route to its Suffolk Division II win. Garrett Brunsvold's 42-yard touchdown run sealed it with 3:45 remaining in the fourth quarter. Caroussos completed 13 of 21 passes for 144 yards and a touchdown with an interception. Caroussos also rushed for 25 yards on eight carries and a score with a two-point conversion run. Chris Crespo had four receptions for 45 yards and a score.
