Bethpage 58, South Side 7: Bethpage (3-1) had 13 different players combine for 422 rushing yards in its Conference II win. Brian Seiter had three carries for 106 yards and a touchdown, and Yoannis Efsthathiou ran seven times for 78 yards and two touchdowns. Jake Einbinder had two touchdown passes to Mark Pikounis. Michael Sforza and Anthony Sforza combined for 15 tackles to lead the defense.
