Carey 37, Half Hollow Hills East 36 Carey rallied from a 14 point deficit in the fourth quarter capped by a two-point conversion run by Christian Todaro as the Seahawks defeated Hal Hollow Hills East in the Long Island Class II championship. Todaro rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. He also had three receptions for 106 yards and two scores. Todaro scored two two-point conversions. Carey won its first LIC since 2014 and third overall. The Seahawks finished the season a perfect 12-0. Hills East finished 10-2.
