Babylon 42, Mt. Sinai 21: Aidan Winter had 19 carries for 238 yards and four touchdowns and caught two passes for 80 yards to lead host No. 2 Babylon over No. 7 Mt. Sinai in the Suffolk IV quarterfinals. Kai Jankow had six carries for 103 yards and two TDs. Ben King and Dan Debetta who each had five tackles apiece and Christian Molnar had an interception. Hayden Baudille made all five of his PATs. Babylon (8-1) will host a semifinal game on Friday. Max Sorrentino threw two TD passes to Marcus Maglore and one to Ryan Filippi for Mt. Sinai (4-5).
