Island Trees 28, West Hempstead 14: Joe Filocamo led the Bulldogs offense with four touchdowns, rushing 11 times for 76 yards and two scores while catching two passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns for Island Trees in its Nassau IV road win. Sean Navarrete went 4 for 8 passing with 115 yards. Joe Mainente rushed eight times for 48 yards and added three receptions for 83 yards. He also sealed the game for Island Trees (3-3) with a 46-yard touchdown pass to Filocamo in the fourth quarter. Angad Singh led the defense with 10 total tackles. Larry Ford started the game with an impressive 90-yard kick return touchdown for West Hempstead (3-3), and Kevin Rivera added a 1-yard rushing TD in the second quarter.
