West Hempstead 21, Carle Place 14: Jamir Houston had 11 tackles, a forced fumble before batting down a pass on the second-to-last drive and sealing the home win for West Hempstead (4-3) with a sack on the game's final play in Nassau IV. He had four QB pressures. Jon Houston supplied an 89-yard kickoff return touchdown following a 10-yard rushing score by Nick Moretta of Carle Place (3-4) in the second quarter. Moretta finished with 16 carries for 133 yards. Colin Driscoll added 80 yards and a touchdown with 13 carries and completed 10 of 16 attempts for 86 yards and a touchdown through the air.
