Smithtown West 42, West Babylon 14: Nick DeVito threw three touchdown passes and ran for a two-point conversion to lead host Smithtown West in a Suffolk II opener. Michael Cascione had 10 tackles, a forced fumble and 100 rushing yards and a touchdown on nine carries. Colten Ford caught two touchdowns. Vincent Lepore had a 70-yard interception return touchdown, five tackles and two sacks. Nick Zins had 16 tackles, including four for loss. Jason Antunes rushed eight times for 73 yards and a touchdown. Elijah Outlaw and Justin Baldwin each had touchdown runs for West Babylon.
