Mount Sinai 42, Port Jefferson 14: Ryan Filippi rushed for 131 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries and Logan Geraghty rushed for 85 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries to lead Mount Sinai (3-2) in Suffolk IV. Mount Sinai rushed for nearly 300 yards and scored five TDs in the first half. Max Sorrentino completed 6 of 8 passes for 117 yards and two touchdowns. John Pramataris had two sacks and a fumble recovery, Vincent Cardone had seven tackles and an interception and Paul Frangella and Hunter Pancir both recorded five tackles. Chris Diot had two rushing touchdowns for Port Jefferson (1-4).
