Central Islip 14, Patchogue-Medford 10: Jimmy Gaston Jr. had 13 carries for 122 yards and two touchdowns, including the winning 73-yard TD with five minutes remaining to lead visiting Central Islip to a 14-10 win in Suffolk Division I football Friday night. Camari McDonald had three interceptions and eight tackles to help lead the Central Islip (1-1) defense. Aiden Holley added eight tackles and Zayquan Morrow had seven tackles. Tommy Kelly caught a 17-yard touchdown pass from Brett Rupolo and Alex DeLuca kicked a 30-yard field goal for Patchogue-Medford (0-2)
