Garden City 47, Hewlett 6: Michael Berkery rushed nine times for 99 yards and two touchdowns, caught a 21-yard touchdown pass and returned a kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown to lead Garden City (4-0) in Nassau III. Brayden Robertiello rushed seven times for 64 yards and a touchdown while also throwing a touchdown pass. Owen Wuchte led the defense with six tackles and also caught two passes for 17 yards. Merit Ruckh rushed for an 11-yard touchdown while Anthony Asaro ran eight times for 38 yards. Jimmy Trocchia made four tackles. Christopher Desiderio had a big day kicking, as he went 6-for-6 on extra point attempts and made a 36-yard field goal. Matt DeCicco went 7-for-11 passing with 131 yards, a touchdown and no picks for Hewlett (1-3). Taleek Edmonds led Hewlett with three catches and totaled 46 receiving yards.
