Riverhead 19, Central Islip 14: Kevin Qualey caught a 46-yard touchdown pass from Karter Doyle with 29 seconds left in visiting Riverhead's 19-14 win over Central Islip in a Suffolk I opener Friday night. Chris Ramos had an interception to seal the game with 15 seconds left. Doyle rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns and Nate Nentwich added 119 yards on 13 carries. Qualey totaled five catches for 76 yards. Jimmy Gaston Jr. ran for touchdowns of 50 and 15 yards for Central Islip.
