Centereach 10, Newfield 8: Dylan Duran found Jack Cavelieri for a 5-yard reception touchdown in the second quarter to give Centereach (2-3) a 7-0 lead in the first half. Patrick Bono made a 25-yard field goal to extend the lead to 10-0 in the second quarter. Duran also forced a fumble, which was recovered by Jamal Joda. Cavelieri Christian Vasques and Anthony Innocent each had an interception. Joda also had two sacks, Anthony Secker had a sack and Jake Mikochik had a sack. Chris Mastres had a 60-yard touchdown reception and a two-point conversion run in the fourth quarter for Newfield (4-1).
