Thomas Costarelli was 16 of 23 passing for 168 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 74 yards on 18 carries. Matt McIntee had 7 receptions for 82 yards for East Islip. Sayville had its 22-game winning streak snapped. This is the ninth Suffolk title for East Islip.
