HIGHLIGHTS
The Locust Valley defense, led by Charlie Pisciotta, stopped North Shore on three trips into the red zone and the visiting Falcons defeated defending county champion North Shore in a Nassau IV quarterfinal. Michael DiLorenzo rushed for 201 yards on 24 carries and scored touchdowns on runs of 44 and 3 yards and Jackson Hoban had a 1-yard touchdown run for Locust Valley 6-3. Garret Gates rushed 27 times for 138 yards and a touchdown for the Vikings (4-5).
