Carey 40, Wantagh 7: Quarterback Michael Catanese compleated all nine of his passes for 143 yards and two touchdowns in Nassau II. His second touchdown, a four-yard strike to Anthony Millan in the third quarter, gave the Seahawks a 40-0 lead. Nickolas Spillane rushed for 41 yards on five carries, rushed for a touchdown, and caught a touchdown. His 15-yard scamper in the first quarter gave Carey a 7-0 lead. Thomas Gallant had two sacks for Carey (2-0).
