HIGHLIGHTS
Glenn 33, Bayport-Blue Point 13: Wayne White was 15-for-17 passing for 200 yards and two touchdowns and also had 16 rush attempts for 101 yards to lead Glenn (2-0) in Suffolk IV. Glenn's TJ Tiernan had nine carries for 81 yards and three touchdowns. Tiernan scored his first touchdown on a 45-yard off-tackle run to cap the game's opening drive. Tiernan scored again on a one-yard rush with four minutes left in the second to put Glenn up 20-0. With Glenn leading 20-13 midway through the third quarter, Edwin Rubio blocked a Bayport-Blue Point from the Phantoms' 30 yardline. TJ Tiernan capped the ensuing drive on a 20-yard touchdown rush. White threw a 25-yard touchdown to Walter Casey with five minutes left in the game to make it 33-13. Glenn's Mike Mannix caught six passes for 109 yards and a touchdown and also made six tackles, and teammate Hasan King made eight tackles.
