Hempstead 21, Freeport 20: Dwayne Meadors rushed for 105 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries to lead Hempstead's second half comeback to win 21-20 in Nassau I on Saturday. Meadors' touchdown came on a 56 yard run in the third quarter. Brandon Davis had a 58 yard touchdown run in the third to give Hempstead (4-0) the lead.
