Northport 31, Connetquot 28: Thomas Kraus recovered a forced fumble by Nick Valenti and Billy Griffiths kicked the go-ahead field goal in No. 2 Northport's win over No. 7 Connetquot in the quarterfinals of the Suffolk Division II playoffs. Matthew Lugo's 80-yard interception return gave Northport (7-2) a seven-point lead in the third quarter. Nick Pepitone threw a 80-yard touchdown pass to Tommy Malvagno for Connetquot (5-4) to tie the score at 28. Mike Campoli rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries for Northport. Andrew Miller caught three passes for 107 yards including a 15-yard touchdown from Macklin O'Brien. O'Brien was 6-for-11 passing for 136 yards. Nick Pepitone was 20-for-25 passing for 331 yards and two touchdown passes and ran for two touchdowns. Tommy Malvagno had 8 receptions for 145 yards and two touchdowns.
