Carey 14, Floral Park 13: TJ Wakely broke up Floral Park's potential go-ahead two-point pass with 1:20 remaining to preserve Carey's 14-13 Nassau Conference III win Saturday. Ben Rose had seven carries for 68 yards and gave Carey a 14-0 lead with a 51-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. James Gangone had two carries for 48 yards and a touchdown and William Tolliver had 11 carries for 53 yards. Ryan Connolly threw two touchdown passes to Joshua Lewis and Chase McLoughlin in the fourth quarter for Floral Park. Salvatore DiMarco had seven tackles and Jake Vitale and Vincent Tierney each had five tackles for Carey (5-3).
