Carle Place/Wheatley 34, East Rockaway 12: Lucas Golon rushed for 218 yards on 10 carries and had three touchdowns in Nassau IV. Golon had a 60 yard and a 75 yard run in the fourth quarter. He also made two catches for 41 yards. Andrew Hastings found Luis Costa for a 61 yard touchdown with 3:30 left in the second quarter to give the Frogs a 20-6 lead. Costa made two receptions for 101 yards and two touchdowns for Carle Place/Wheatley (1-0). Josh Jacobs made five tackles and had two sacks. East Rockaway is 0-1.
