Locust Valley 28, Seaford 22: John Pedranghelu rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries and also caught an 18-yard pass to lead Locust Valley (1-0) in Conference IV. Sam Torelli scored on a four-yard rush up the middle to give Locust Valley a 21-14 lead with 4:05 left in the third. Torelli finished with 78 yards on 14 carries. Pedranghelu scored on a three-yard rush with 10:10 left in the fourth quarter to give Locust Valley a 28-14 lead.
