Vincent Camarda, Steven D'Elia and Ryan Cormac each forced a fumble and Ryan Rooney had an interception. Jake Fields went 8-of-15 for 96 yards and a touchdown pass. His 21-yard strike to Dom Galati in the first quarter gave Smithtown East a 6-0 lead. Dom Galati caught four passes for 45 yards and a touchdown and Chris Moran rushed for a two-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.
