No. 2 North Shore scored six unanswered touchdowns - including three that came off Clarke turnovers - to win a Nassau Conference IV semifinal at Hofstra's Shuart Stadium. Peter Liotta was 4-for-4 passing for 85 yards and a 10-yard touchdowns to Nicholas Livoti and also scored a TD on an 11-yard run. Livoti also rushed for 95 yards including a 48-yard score and had a fumble recovery that led to a touchdown. Daniel Quigley added a pair of rushing touchdowns and William Feldmann had an interception and a fumble recovery for the Vikings (8-2). Nick Giardino rushed for 123 yards including a 48-yard touchdown burst and was 8-fo-17 passing for 86 yards including a 38-yard TD pass to Sean Welsh for the Rams (7-3).
