Jake Perinchief caught two scores and Ronnie Kraemer also had two touchdown receptions. Logan Lyson caught a 38-yard touchdown and had six tackles. Oceanside will play No. 3 Syosset in a semifinal Friday at Hofstra. East Meadow finishes 4-5.
