Islip 20, Westhampton 10: Kaiden Lewis had 21 carries for 193 yards and two touchdowns to lead No. 5 Islip over No. 4 Westhampton in a Suffolk Division III quarterfinal. His 47-yard rushing touchdown with 8:40 remaining extended the lead to 20-10. Joey Vitale completed 10 of 16 passes for 116 yards, and threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Vinny Roselli in the second quarter to give the Buccaneers a 6-3 advantage entering halftime. Jameson Seeger had five receptions for 75 yards and Zach Miller recorded eight tackles and recovered a fumble in the win. Islip (6-3) advances to the semifinals on Nov. 12 at 7 p.m.
