Brentwood 27, Riverhead 22: Brentwood stopped Riverhead on a completed pass at the 1-yard line on the final play of the game as time expired in a 27-22 victory over Riverhead in Suffolk I. Jo'Vanny Brown rushed for 160 yards on 21 carries and Randy Ramnarace rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries in the win. Ramnarace also threw a 58-yard touchdown pass to Enoryt Copening to give Brentwood a 27-14 lead after a two-point conversion reception by Brown in the fourth quarter. Herman Davis, Brown and Ramnarace each had eight tackles, Nahum Benitez finished with five tackles, including three for a loss, and Antonio Castillo added an interception for Brentwood. Riverhead falls to 2-2.
