East Rockaway 28, Island Trees 7: East Rockaway had a 19-play, 99-yard 10 minutes drive in the third quarter that resulted in a 1-yard touchdown run by John Giannotti to put the Rocks ahead 28-7 in its Nassau IV win. Joseph Bruzzo rushed for 33 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries and had a successful two-point conversion run that put East Rockaway ahead 14-7 in the first quarter. Aiden Green rushed for 173 yards on 18 carries and a score, and Giannotti ran for 60 yards and a score on 13 carries. His successful two-point run following Green's TD gave the Rocks (3-3) a 22-7 lead. Island Trees fell to 4-2.
