West Islip 21, Northport 14: Joe Costantino ran for 125 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries and complete both of his passes for 32 yards to lead West Islip (4-0) in a Suffolk II semifinal. Matt Marmo had seven tackles and an interception and led a West Islip defense that held Northport to just 70 yards rushing and 40 yards in the air. Gavin Witzgall and Sal Calderone each had eight tackles.
