Centereach 20, Newfield 14: Justin Robbert rushed in a 5-yard touchdown to cap off a seven play, 43-yard drive for the final score to give Centereach (2-3) a 20-14 victory in Suffolk IV. Robbert finished with 113 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries. He also had a 1-yard touchdown run to give Centereach a 13-8 lead in the second quarter. Billy Whelan (seven tackles) had a 50-yard touchdown off a fumble recovery to give Centereach a 7-0 lead in the first quarter. Chris Crane had 120 yards on 18 carries and Chris Cartolano added seven tackles in the win.
