Center Moriches 39, East Hampton/Pierson 14: Judah Williams had 19 carries for 202 yards and two touchdowns to lead Center Moriches (1-2) in Suffolk VIII. Leyton Pulsipher completed 6 of 9 passes for 150 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in the win. Williams' 41-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter gave Center Moriches a 20-2 lead. Sir Brown added two receptions for 65 yards and two touchdowns. Aidan O'Neil led the defense with seven tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Madison Trace, who is a girl, converted her first-ever extra point attempt for Center Moriches. "Amazing experience and happy to have her as part of the team," Center Moriches coach Leonard Wright said. "She's a dual-athlete who plays varsity soccer and kicks for us. I was just happy to give her an opportunity. She's a fearless athlete who loves our team."
