Babylon 42, Port Jefferson 13: Joe Young rushed for 137 yards on 14 carries and had four touchdowns to lead Babylon's rushing attack in a Suffolk VIII game. Colin Winter added 10 carries for 95 yards and scored a touchdown. The Panthers (3-0) were led on defense by Lucas Lassen who opened the scoring with a 34 yard interception return for a touchdown on the first series of the game. Elijah Kneeland had seven tackles including one tackle for a loss and Brady Winter contributed six tackles. Port Jefferson quarterback Luke Filippi passed for 195 yards on 15 completions and threw two touchdowns including a 65 yard pass to Stephen Bayer in the fourth quarter. Bayer had seven receptions for 138 yards.
