HIGHLIGHTS
Plainedge 35, Floral Park 0: Nick Frenger and Gianfranco Soriente carried the offense while Jake Schozer led the defense in a dominant victory for Plainedge in Nassau III. Frenger started the scoring on the Red Devils' opening drive, taking an option run 23 yards to the end zone to make it 7-0. Soriente made it 14-0 at halftime on a one-yard run in the second, and after Frenger hit Kevin Walker for a 25-yard TD pass in the third, sealed the game with an impressive 32-yard rushing score in the fourth as he broke a number of tackles on his way to the end zone to make it 28-0. Schozer led Plainedge with 11 tackles, as the Red Devils defense accumulated four sacks in the shutout.
