Valley Stream Central 35, Uniondale 21: Boljan Castillo rushed for 191 yards and four touchdowns on 20 carries to lead Valley Stream Central (3-5) over Uniondale (1-7) in Nassau I. Castillo ran in between two tackles, had a cutback inside, and jetted down the left side of the field into the endzone for a 55-yard touchdown, giving Valley Stream Central a 28-21 lead with five minutes remaining in the third. With the win, Valley Stream Central has qualified for their first playoff game since 1993. "I''m so happy for the players," coach Frank Chimienti said. "It''s really amazing." Safety''s Carlos Jackson and Mike Labarbara each had one interception. Defensive end Chris Robert led the defense with 10 tackles. As an outside linebacker, Castillo had nine tackles, including four for a loss.
