Riverhead 21, Newfield 8: Jeremiah Cheatom rushed for 126 yards on 27 carries and two touchdowns to lead Riverhead (7-1) in Suffolk Division II. Cheatom's 11-yard touchdown run and 4-yard score put the Blue Waves up 13-8 at halftime. Kenny Simco completed 10 of 17 passes for 119 yards, with a touchdown and an interception. Ryan Hubbard's 20-yard touchdown reception from Simco with 5:48 remaining in the third quarter was the game's final margin. Hubbard finished with three receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown. Raheem Brown had 11 tackles and a sack. Newfield falls to 5-3.
