Floral Park 34, Valley Stream North 7: Quarterback Chris Naronis rushed for 106 yards and had an 87-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to lead Floral Park (3-1) in Nassau Conference III. The score followed a Floral Park defensive stand on fourth down and gave the Knights a 14-7 lead following the PAT. Brian Farrell connected with Andrew Lusterino earlier in the quarter on a 15-yard touchdown pass and Sam Leyendecker added the PAT to tie the score at 7. Naronis threw for 71 yards and completed a 14-yard touchdown pass to Anthony Martella in the third quarter to put the Knights up two scores. Jack Nolan rushed for 92 yards and two touchdowns, Will McGovern had 19 tackles a sack and a fumble recovery and the Knights (3-1) snatched two interceptions.
