Carey 48, Mepham 27: Dean Metzger completed 8 of 12 passes for 118 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 226 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries to lead Carey (1-2) in Nassau II. Scott Delluchio had eight tackles and a sack and Nick Cowan had two interceptions, and one punt block return for a touchdown in the win. Kyle Lewis had three receptions for 53 yards and a touchdown and Jimmy O'Connell had three receptions for 51 yards and a touchdown for Carey.
